Breakfast Loaf - using Bread Maker
BAHAN2:
1. Water 200 gm / 1 cup
2. Oats 20 gm / 2 tbsp
3. High Protein Flour 359 gm / 3 cups
4. Milk powder 20 gm / 2 tbsp
5. Castor sugar 30 gm / 2 tbsp
6. Instant yeast 6 gm / 1 1/2 tbsp
7. Salt 2 gm / 1/2 tsp
8. Butter/olive oil 25 gm / 2 tbsp
Kaedah ; Put all ingredients into a Breadmaker according to the sequence above. Then switch on the Beadmaker. You will get a loaf of bread about 3 hrs later.
